LIFE JACKET LOANER PROGRAM

  

Sponsored by a grant from TOWBOAT US, our organization is able to loan Life Jackets to any and all-sizes of boaters on the waters of Sanibel-Captiva.

Housed at the Sanibel Fire and Rescue Station at 2351 Palm Ridge Rd.  on Sanibel,   an array of life jackets ranging from infant-sized up to XXL is available to everyone.   All you have to do is decide how many jackets you need, what sizes you require (SAFETY FIRST:  Make Sure They Fit!), and then – when your boating is done, return them. 

You do not need to “Check Them Out”!

You do not need to tell anyone you’re taking them!

     (Though it’s always nice to say “Thanks” to our fire-rescue staff!)

You DO need to return them…so there are always plenty available.

So the next time you find yourselves with more boaters than you have jackets

OR

You discover that grandson has grown 2 sizes since he last visited

OR

You see you have Life Jackets that are worn/torn and you have no time to run to West Marine… 

Head to the Sanibel Fire and Rescue Station and “Help Yourself”!
